SHAFAQNA – In his letter to Malik Ashtar, Imam Ali (AS) wrote: Choose/appoint government officials from people who possess experience and are modest; from pious and pure families who have shining records as being good Muslims, because their morality is more revered, their dignity is more protected, their greed is less, and their foresight is much better [1].
