Dividing inheritance of a Baha’i person between his Baha’i children or Shia converted grandchild/the Grand Ayatollah Shahroodi’s answer

SHAFAQNA – The Grand Ayatollah Shahroodi answered a question about dividing inheritance of a Baha’i person between children and Shia converted grandchild.

Question: A grandfather was Baha’i with assets. All of his children and grandchildren are alive, only one of his grandchildren has converted to Shia Islam, according to religious laws; are all the assets transferred to Shia converted grandchild or divided between children and grandchildren who have remained Baha’i?

The Grand Ayatollah Shahroodi: Yes, in supposed situation, all the assets are given to Shia converted grandchild.
