What is the duty of a Muslim when faced with request of help from other people?

SHAFAQNA – What is the duty of a Muslim when faced with request of help from other people?

It is narrated from Imam Hussain (AS) who said: Be aware and know that other people needing your help and their requests from you, are blessings from Allah (SWT) which are granted to you; therefore, do not express dissatisfaction about these blessings, in case these blessings change into wrath and punishment [1].
