What is the effect pf guiding or misguiding other people?

SHAFAQNA – It is narrated from Imam Baqir (AS) who said: Whoever teaches/guides (others) to the right path, will have the same rewards as those who practice it (stay in the right path and carry out good deeds) without any decrease in those rewards. And whoever teaches/guides to the wrong path, will have the same sin(s) as those who commit them without any decrease in their sin(s) [1]. In other words, if a person teaches/instructs/guides other people to the right path of God, as long as those guided people keep to the right path and do good deeds, their teacher/guide/instructor will be rewarded exactly the same reward(s) as those who carry out those good deeds. And whoever misguides/misleads others from the right path of God, as long as those people carry on committing sin(s), their guide/teacher will have the same sins, and will suffer the exact consequences as the sinners [1].
