What is the treatment of fatty liver?

Fatty liver does not has a definitive treatment. Lifestyle changes, treatment and prevention of the disease help you.

Weight loss is likely to improve. Various studies have shown that if these people reduce 5 to 10 percent of their weight, liver enzymes returned to normal. It is necessary to see a person with a registered dietitian. This person should have a special diet to improve more quickly and prevent illness to get more worth.

Healthy diet for fatty liver

The amount of carbohydrates (sugar) and especially simple carbs as well as fat, especially saturated fat, should be low.  For patients with this disease ,it is better for cooking use monounsaturated fats such as vegetable oils like canola oil and olive liquid and do not use the fat of meat (whether red or white), and do not eat meat preferably not more than 2 times a week. Fiber is found in a variety of vegetables and whole grains. Fruits have a good fiber, but because they contain a lot of sugar(i.e. a maximum of 3 units per day and repeatedly) they can only eat 3 unit of fruits in different time.

Fish oil also has anti-inflammatory properties such foods should be included in the diet of these people. Exercise and physical activity for people with fatty liver is essential and should take 30 minutes to an hour. This lifestyle with less fat is stored in the liver cells and gradually recover.

The nutritionist about breakfast for patients with fatty liver said that patient should eat a unit of bread with low-fat cheese and vegetables. He continued, taking a glass of skim milk or tea without sugar or any other sugar-free drinks during the day they is emphasized. They are not suitable for fried foods and eat better boiled or steamed food.

Yet scientists have not found a medication to treat the disease, but patients need medication to lower their fat and sugar. Taking supplements such as fish oil, probiotics, flax, and anti-inflammatory properties help to prevent disease progression.
