SHAFAQNA-A fire broke out in a Quran memorization center in southeastern Turkey on Tuesday.
According to al-Wafd news website, it took place in the city of Diyarbakir, a large city of predominantly Kurdish population situated on the banks of the Tigris River.
6 Quran learners lost their life in the tragic event, the report said.
Three others who were injured in the incident were taken to a nearby hospital.
There has been no word about what caused the fire.
