How did Imam Hussain (AS) describe death?

SHAFAQNA – Imam Sajjad (AS) said: On the Day of Ashura, when Imam Hussain (AS) was in great difficulty, some of his companions saw that his behaviour was different from others. As the enemy got closer to them, they became more anxious but Imam Hussain (AS) (and some very special companions) did not show any worries at all. Some said to each other: He (Imam Hussain (AS)) has no fear of death at all. Imam Hussain (AS) faced them and said: O’ my magnanimous and dear children, be calm, be patient and tolerant because death is like a bridge that will take you from difficulties and hardship towards large  paradises and everlasting divine gifts.
Which one of you does not like to move from a prison to a palace? Yes, surely death for your enemies is like being transferred from a palace to a prison. My father (Imam Hussain (AS)) narrated from the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) who said: Verily, this world is the prison of believer and the paradise for disbeliever, death is a bridge that hakes them (believers) towards paradise and the others (disbelievers) towards the hellfire. And then he said: I do not lie and have not been told lies [1].
