How to know if our deeds are for the sake of God?

SHAFAQNA – If you see that Satan has something to do with you, know that your deeds are not sincere and they are not for the sake of God. If you are sincere, then why the streams of wisdom from your heart have not been pouring out of your tongue? Or that in your mind you thought for forty years your deeds have been carried out for the sake of God. It has been mentioned in narrations that whoever shows devoutness towards God for 40 days (without break and constant), the streams of wisdom will flow on his/her tongue; hence, be aware that our deeds are not for the sake of God and we are not even aware of it, and this is the incurable pain [1].
