In Germany , ISIL supporters injure dozen protesters

On Tuesday, approximately 400 supporters of the ISIL terrorist group used machetes, knives, metal rods and sticks to attack hundreds of Kurds outside a Hamburg mosque, German police said on Wednesday. The Kurds were protesting against the ISIL atrocities in the Middle East.

SHAFAQNA- At least a dozen people have been injured during an attack by supporters of the ISIL Takfiri group on protesters in Germany’s northern city of Hamburg, police say.

Several people were hospitalized with wounds, authorities said.

Police dressed in riot gear were called in to deal with the clashes, local media reported.

The protest was part of a campaign across Europe to draw attention to the ISIL atrocities in the besieged Kurdish city of Kobani in Syria.

German security services said they are closely supervising adherents of the movement, despite hundreds of them already joining the ISIL militants in Iraq and Syria.

European countries, including Germany, have repeatedly expressed concern over the ISIL’s influence across the continent. Authorities fear that the European militants will use their combat skills against their countries upon returning home.

The ISIL terrorists have committed heinous crimes and threatened all communities, including Shias, Sunnis, Kurds, Christians and Izadi Kurds, during their advances in Iraq.

Observers say that the rise of ISIL Takfiri threat can be directly attributed to the policies of Western countries, including France, in the Middle East region.
