Is it right to be greedy about Halal things of this world?

SHAFAQNA – It is narrated from Imam Baqir (AS) who narrated from the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) who said: Prosperous is the person who is humble and submissive towards God and without deviating from my way, shows self-discipline for whatever is Halal to him/her by God, and controls himself/herself from all the ornaments of the world without changing anything from my tradition [1]. This narration wants to say that, use the world as the Prophet (PBUH) did, nothing more and nothing less; self-discipline and control in using Halal things of the world means using every Halal thing in its right place, to the right amount and in its right time, and it does not mean to reject Halal things in this world.
