Question: Is it right to describe dreams in speeches and eulogies? In general, can dream be cited in these cases?

The Grand Ayatollah Shobairi: Dream has no religious authority to be cited for a case. Of course there is no problem when a dream is cited in approval of certain case with due attention to the great source of the Book of God, and noble narrations from infallibles.
