SHAFAQNA – Riyad Mansour, the PA envoy to the UN has said that the Israeli occupation harvested organs of Palestinians executed during October, with the dead returned to their families with body organs missing.
“After returning the seized bodies of Palestinians killed by the occupying forces through October, and following medical examinations, it has been reported that the bodies were returned with missing corneas and other organs,” PA envoy to the UN Riyad Mansour said, according to a report in Days of Palestine
Mansour added: “This confirms previous reports about Israeli occupation harvesting organs of Palestinian martyrs killed during clashes or in protests.”
Dany Danonm, Israeli representative to the UN sent a message to the UN Secretary General asking him to criticise Mansour’s remarks, accusing him of being “anti-Semite.”
This is not the first time that it has been revealed that the Israeli occupation harvest human organs. Credible international sources and investigators have on several occasions times proved that.
Nancy Scheper-Hughes, founder of Organ Watch, is the Chancellor’s Professor of Medical Anthropology at the University of California Berkeley, has described “Israel” at the “top of a list of countries involved in human organs trafficking. “It [Israel] has tentacles reaching out worldwide,” she said.
Scheper-Hughes, the founder of Organ Watch, said: “Israeli organ traffickers have a pyramid system at work that’s awesome…they have brokers everywhere, bank accounts everywhere; they’ve got recruiters, they’ve got translators, they’ve got travel agents who set up the visas.”
She added: “Israeli traffickers have utilised people from diverse locations—the West Bank and Gaza, the Philippines and Eastern Europe.”
In a subcommittee testimony Scheper-Hughes stated: “Human rights groups in the West Bank complained to me of tissue and organs stealing of slain Palestinians by Israeli pathologists at the national Israeli legal medical institute in Tel Aviv.”
