“Lessons from Quran” held at Islamic Centre of England during holy Ramadan

SHAFAQNA – Quranic sessions titled “Lessons from the Quran” are being held at the Islamic Centre of England during the holy month of Ramadan.

The center hosts the program every day during the holy month starting from an hour before Iftar.

Three Shia clerics will each address the sessions for ten days.

Sheikh Mohammad Saeed Bahmanpoor is the speaker at the event in the first ten days of Ramadan.

The speakers for the second and third ten-days will be Sheikh Mohammad Ali Shomali and Sheikh Amin Deen.

The center also holds Quran reading sessions every day during Ramadan, as well as Quran recitation sessions, Quranic courses for women and Quran lessons for teenagers and youths,

Special programs are also going to be held on such occasions as the birthday anniversary of Imam Hassan (AS), the demise anniversary of Imam Khomeini (RA), the Nights of Qadr, martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali (AS), and International Quds (Jerusalem) Day.

The Islamic Centre of England is a Shia Islamic religious and cultural center in London whose mission is to provide services to members of the Muslim community, in particular, and the wider community at large, focusing on religious guidance and cultural issues.
