SHAFAQNA – The 20th edition of an international conference on Islamic philosophy, theology and mysticism will be held in London next month.
The World Academy of Science, Engineering, and Technology will organize the scholarly event on February 15-16, according to the website of the academy (www.waset.org).
The conference aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of Islamic Philosophy, Theology and Mysticism, the website says.
It also provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Islamic philosophy, theology and mysticism.
Topics of discussion at the conference will include Islamic philosophy, Kalam, theology, logic, metaphysics, epistemology, eschatology, cosmological and ontological arguments, Resurrection, social philosophy, political philosophy, and legal philosophy.
