SHAFAQNA (Shia International News Association) – In a statement sent to Almasdar News, Hassan Alkhazali, a member of the Iraqi Parliament declared: Iraqi army forces and federal police members under joint command of General Hussain Albahadely as well as people’s resistance groups attached to Badrul Jenah organisation, special forces of Seyyedol Shohada brigades are progressing well in outskirts of Samarra and cleansing the areas from Takfiris. Alkhazali added: The cleansing operations of all areas around Samarra and the roads leading to the town and the holy shrines and especially cleansing of the Baghdad-Samarra road are continuing.
