SHAFAQNA – Hollywood actor Morgan Freeman took part in the mourning of Ashura this October as he attended a majlis – sit-down gathering at the Al-Khoei Foundation mosque in Queen’s Park, London.
Morgan Freeman visited Al-khoei Center as part of a documentary on Ashura and the commemoration of the martyrdom of Imam Hussain. The documentary is part of a body of work which explore religious beliefs, the concept of God and other philosophical questions.
