Why night Salaat is so important?

SHAFAQNA – It is narrated that the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) recommended to Imam Ali (AS): Make sure you perform night Salaat, and make sure you perform night Salaat, and make sure you perform night Salaat, and repeated the same sentence three times for noon Salaat [1]. The night Salaat is one of the recommended Salaats in Islam. This Salaat is very much emphasized and for which many Divine Rewards are mentioned. This Salaat was obligatory on the Prophet of Islam (PBUH). From the above narration it is clear that there are special benefits attached to waking up in the middle of the night, and performing Salaat and worship of God in that particular time.
