SHAFAQNA- Salam for Democracy and Human Rights (SALAM DHR), said that the number of Bahrain’s citizens whose nationalities were revoked, exceeded 800, with the increasing use of the judiciary for punishment despite international convictions.
After revoking nationality of 10 citizens recently in Bahrain, the number of revoked nationalities reached 804.
At the same time, Bahrain government were accused of suppressing opponents and being condemned by international communities due to its actions in revoking the citizenship of its Shiites.
