SHAFAQNA – The Palestinian state issued its first passports and distributed them to the citizens on Sunday, Dotmsr News reported.
Social media networks were dominated by a photo for a women carrying a passport entitled “A State of Palestine”.
The Israeli regime attempted to pressure the Palestinians to replace this title with “the Palestinian Authority”, according to Palestinian officials who asked to remain anonymous.
On the other hand, the Palestinian government received proposals from a number of citizens to post the pictures of the religious antiquities and sites in the pages of the new passport.
