SHAFAQNA – Rights activists in the UK have already mobilized to denounce the execution today of Sheikh Nimr al-Nimr by the Saudi regime.
A prominent Shia cleric and a fearless advocate for human rights and peace, Sheikh al-Nimr was beheaded under strict order of King Salman, on account he dared slam the monarchy for its inhumane practices and policies, both at home and abroad.
A brutal, reactionary regime, Saudi Arabia’s absolute monarchy has already claimed 47 lives to its judicial system this 2016.
