Quran in French Gifted to Director of Radio Senegal

SHAFAQNA – The Iranian cultural attaché in Senegal gifted a French translation of the Holy Quran to the director of Radio Senegal.

According to the website of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), Seyyed Hassan Esmati visited the Radio station of the African country and had a meeting with Davoud Jouf, director of the radio channel.

Esmati recited some verses of the Holy Quran in the meeting and his recitation was aired on the radio.

He said that the cultural center is ready to cooperate with the radio in promoting the Islamic culture.

The Senegalese radio’s director also said that the radio will cooperate with the Islamic Radio and Television Union in Iran.

A copy of the Holy Quran with French translation was gifted to the director at the end of the meeting.
