SHAFAQNA – The Grand Ayatollah Sistani answered a question about remaining in Janabah and fasting.
Question: A person who does not know that remaining in Janabah voids fasting, is fasting, how is his fasting?
The Grand Ayatollah Sistani: If he did not know that remaining in Janabah voids fasting or he did not care about these things at all, his fasting is correct and no need to fast later on for the lost days and there is no Kaffarah.
