Security forces foil terror attack in Baghdad

SHAFAQNA - According to a police source, the security forces seized 40 mortars, 2 suicide vests and a number of improvised explosive devices inside a stolen vehicle belonging to the Federal Police in north of Baghdad.

The source said “The security forces found a vehicle belonging to the Federal Police that had been stolen by the terrorist group long time ago abandoned in Bob al-Sham area.” 

The source added: “The force found 40 mortar rounds and a number of improvised explosive devices and suicide vests inside the vehicle.”
