Signs of the Quranic society

SHAFAQNA – According to the Quranic teachings, there are three important signs for the Quranic society.

  1. Worshipping God: According to the holy Quran, the aim of the creation of the human being is worshipping Allah (SWT) and being servants of God, as is mentioned in Ayah 56 of Surah Al-Dhariat. The human being is able to attain Divine Piety through worshipping God, as is mentioned in Ayah 21 of Surah Al-Baqarah; and this way becomes worthy of Divine Caliphate as is mentioned in Ayahs 30, 31, and 138 of Surah Al-Baqarah, and Ayah 79 of Surah Aal-e-Imran.
  2. Justice: One of the most important characteristics of the Quranic society is justice. According to the Quranic justice, everything is in its rightful place, and has its own special attributes. This justice is based on Divine Standards and Divine Laws and everything has its own right, and this is explained in the holy Quran. Everyone must know/recognize these rights, and observe them during their life time, as is mentioned in Ayah 25 of Surah Al-Hadeed. Thus justice is the main characteristic of the Quranic society, and if anyone wants to attain piety through acts of worshipping, justice is the nearest route to Divine Piety as is mentioned in Ayah 8 of Surah Al-Ma’edah. Therefore, other social characteristics such as freedom is only meaningful within the framework, axis and orbit of justice; otherwise freedom is nothing but carelessness and disregarding religious values; because the human being’s freedom is accompanied with servitude and piety which are attained thorough practical worshipping, especially justice, as is mentioned in Ayah 8 of Surah Al-Ma’edah.
  3. Welayat: To achieve its noble aims in accordance with worshipping and Divine Caliphate, the Quranic society needs a general uprising for justice under the rules of a book called the Quran, and the leadership of leaders who know fully about just and unjust, and control their own souls by theoretical wisdom of Divine Light, and practical wisdom away from desires and anger. Therefore, following such logical management is needed in order to attain justice, and everything can be placed in its rightful/just place as is mentioned in Ayah 25 of Surah Al-Hadeed, Ayahs 30 and 31 of Surah Aal-e-Imran, and Ayah 21 of Surah Al-Ahzab.
