Tehreek.e.Taliban set up news sanctuaries in Pak-Afghan border area

SHAFAQNA (Shia International News Association)

Pakistan security agencies claimed that they have unveiled new hideouts of Tehreek.e.Taliban Pakistan and its splinter groups in North Waziristan agency near Pak-Afghan border. A senior security official while talking to media said that these new sanctuaries have been set up to create hurdles in the way of operation Zarb.e.Azb. It is also worrisome fact that TTP has been re-organizing its scattered group in the border area.

Official said that Afghan security agencies did not pay heed on these sanctuaries which could be harmful for both the countries. He said that despite several requests Afghan security officials did not take effective measures against terrorist groups due to which terrorists have mustered courage to found new hideouts.
