SHAFAQNA – The Grand Ayatollah Nouri Hamedani issued a Fatwa about a person who is not known if he is Muslim or not.
The Grand Ayatollah Hamedani: A person, who is not known to be Muslim, is clean. But other Islamic Laws do not include him, for example, he cannot marry a Muslim woman and must not be buried in Muslims cemetery.
