SHAFAQNA – The Grand Ayatollah Shahroodi answered to questions about spending from the wealth of child without permission by the father and vice-versa.
Questions: 1) Is it allowed for the father to spend from the child’s wealth without having permission? 2) Is it allowed for the child to spend from father’s wealth without his permission?
The Grand Ayatollah Shahroodi: 1) Spending from the wealth of an adult child without having the permission is not allowed; but can spend from the wealth of the child who is not an adult as long as it is not used in corrupt ways. 2) The child is not allowed to spend from father’s wealth without his permission.
