The main points of Ayah 28 of Surah Al-Hadeed and Ayah 21 of Surah Al-Baqarah

SHAFAQNA – In Ayah 28 of Surah Al-Hadeed, Allah (SWT) said: “O’ you who believe, fear Allah (SWT), and believe in God’s Messenger in order to be granted double portion of God’s Mercy; and be granted a light by God which with its blessing, you move (straight) in your path, and God forgives you, for God is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.” In this Ayah, Allah (SWT) declares that Divine Piety of believers will cause them to benefit from two Divine Mercies. The light which is attained by Divine Piety, not only is the light for the way, but it also acts as a transportation and moves the human being in the path of elevation and spirituality.

In Ayah 21 of Surah Al-Baqarah, Allah (SWT) shows the way of attaining Divine Piety through religious deeds, and said: “O’ people, worship God who created you and those who came before you, that you may attain piety.” Worshipping God is the same deeds which have been described by the religion. Observing Wajib deeds as well as the recommended deeds, and avoiding Haram acts and acts which are recommended to be avoided (Makrohat); these are all parts of worshiping God.
