The most recent anit-Iran scenarios by United Against Nuclear Iran

SHAFAQNA- A group of missions from Saudi Arabia, UAE, Israel and US gathering as the United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI), lobbied for regime change in Iran.

According to Al jazeerah, The foreign minister of Saudi Arabia, the ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Washington, and the director of Israel’s Mossad spy agency, speaking alongside US National Security Adviser John Bolton and US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, have joined ranks in pushing for regime change in Iran.

Earlier this week, in the deadliest terrorist attack Iran has seen in years, four assailants disguised in military uniforms opened fire when military personnel were marching in front of a viewing platform in the southwestern city of Ahvaz. The name of Saudi Arabia was more than the other countries as the elements who were behind the recent terrorist attack in the southwestern Iranian city of Ahvaz.

Although Saudi Arabia rejects Iran‘s claim it backed parade attack, on Wednesday a member of Iranian parliamentary assembly told to Isna, “A security review of the Ahvaz terrorist attack shows strong evidence that terrorists and groups of terrorists have been financed by some Arab countries in the region”.

Leader of the Iran Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei said earlier this crime is a continuation of the plots of the regional states and Iran will severely punish those elements who were behind a recent terrorist attack.

The Islamic State (IS) group claimed responsibility for the rare assault in the southwestern city of Ahvaz, while Iranian officials blamed “a foreign regime” backed by the United States. But from the start Iranian officials saw an Arab separatist movement, the Ahwazi Democratic Popular Front (ADPF), also known as Al-Ahwazi, as the main suspect, i24news reported.

Saudi, UAE officials call for regime change in Iran at US summit

Representatives from Persian Gulf countries shared platform with Mossad director at summit against 2015 Iran nuclear deal.

During the summit called the United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI) conference in New York City, which was attended by states that opposed the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran, Saudi and Emirati officials welcomed Washington’s decision to abandon the 2015 Iran deal – known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

Al-Jubeir, The foreign minister of Saudi Arabia claims “Unless [in Iran] the pressure internally is extremely intense, I don’t believe they will open up”, The National reported.

Yousef al-Otaiba, the UAE’s ambassador to the US, said external pressure was needed and would be key in changing Iran’s course, so the isolation of Tehran must be backed up by European powers, Asian nations, as well as the United States.

In this summit John Bolton and Mike Pompeo warned Europeans over evading Iran sanctions. US National Security Adviser John Bolton threatened “there will be hell to pay” if Iran attacks US or its allies.

Ahvaz terrorist attackers have been financed by some Arab countries

A member of the Iranian parliamentary assembly said some of the Arab states of the region were involved in the Ahvaz terrorist attack and designed scenarios to disrupt the security of the south.

Alireza Rahimi told to Isna “A security review of the Ahvaz terrorist attack shows strong evidence that terrorists and groups of terrorists have been financed by some Arab countries in the region. In this regard, some of the countries in the region are also involved in the Terrorist incident, and they played a role  in this scenario”.

Member of the National Security Commission said that Meetings take place in some European countries to coordinate anti-security actions in Iran. Those countries whose hostility to Iran is apparent in the region, have tried to create a convergence between small groups of Iranians. They financed these groups with their oil dollars to take action against Iran.

Biased news coverage

A number of Arab media close to Saudi Arabia portrayed Ahvaz terrorist attack as merely a legitimate attack targeting military officials, including members of Iran’s elite Revolutionary Guards.

Al Wesal TV, a Saudi-based channel, wrongly referred to the Iranian city as “occupied Ahvaz”.

Recently the Riyadh-based newspaper Al Jazirah supporting the Ahvaz terrorist attack, called it as a “heroic and sacrificial operations”.

Furthermore, Press TV published an article headlined “Reactions to attack: How West sees it differently”, protesting that some western media were giving scant coverage, dropping the term “terrorist attack” despite civilian casualties, or portraying it as a merely an attack on military personnel.

Tehran’s foreign ministry summoned UK, Dutch and Danish envoys over “Iran’s strong protests over their respective countries’ hosting of some members of the terrorist group”, officials said. Iran’s objection to the Netherlands appears to stem from the fact that a number of Arab secessionists live there, The Guardian reported.

22 people involved in the attack in Ahvaz have been arrested

Iran’s Intelligence Ministry announced on Monday that authorities have apprehended nearly two dozen in connection to the deadly attack on an Iranian military parade on Saturday that left 25 dead and 53 wounded Sputniknews reported.

“Some 22 people involved in the attack in Ahvaz have been identified and arrested… weapons, exclusive material and communication equipment were seized in the house that belonged to the five-member terrorist group that carried out the attack,” a statement from the intelligence agency said, according to Tasnim News Agency.
