SHAFAQNA – Imam Ali (AS) said: O’ people, I have an essential right on you, and you have a right on me; your right on me is that I do not refuse to be benevolent and distribute the public fund between you justly, and to teach you so that you do not stay illiterate, and to educate you so that you learn ways of living [1].
