The rewards for practicing the Quranic instructions

SHAFAQNA – The Prophet of Islam (PBUH) said: Whoever recites the Quran but do not practice its instructions, will be resurrected as blind on the Day of Judgment by Allah (SWT); and the one who recites the Quran for the sake of Almighty’s satisfaction, learning about religious rules and becoming familiar with the religion, will be granted the rewards of all the angels, prophets and messengers by God [1].

Ayahs 39-41 of Surah Al-Najm mention that everyone will be rewarded according to his/her own efforts. So the emphasis is on practicing the Quranic instructions after finding knowledge of them. As mentioned in Ayah 286 of Surah Al-Baqarah, after all, God only assigns every individual something according to his/her own abilities, nothing more.
