SHAFAQNA – It is narrated from the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) who said: The disciples of Prophet Jesus (AS) asked him: Who should we associate with? Jesus (AS) replied: With someone who when you meet, reminds you of God, and his speech/words adds to your knowledge, and his behaviour/deeds encourages you about the hereafter [1]. In another narration, Imam Ali (AS) said: Nothing more than association with good/righteous people invites the human being to good and saves him/her from bad [2]. It is also narrated from Imam Ali (AS) who said: Companionship with bad people causes badness like whenever the wind blows on bad smell, spreads it [3].
