What are the effects of fairness and justice according to Islam?

SHAFAQNA – It is narrated from the prophet of Islam (PBUH) who said: O’ Ali (AS), whatever you do not want for yourself, do not wish for others; and whatever you like for yourself, like it for your (Muslim) brother as well. In this way, you will be just in your judgment and you will always be seeking for justice; and the residents of the sky will love you and you will have a place in the hearts of the residents of the earth. God willing, always remember my advice [1].

In another narration, Imam Ali (AS) said: Fairness is the base for settling disputes as well as connecting people to each other[2]. It is also narrated from Imam Ali (AS) who said: Whatever you do not want for yourself, do not wish for people, so that you are Muslim [3].
