SHAFAQNA – Imam Ali (AS) said: Swear to Allah (SWT), wherever I find the stolen public fund, I will return it to its original owners, even if they have married or have bought slaves with it. Because justice brings relief for all, and the one who finds it difficult to come in terms with justice, tolerating oppression would be even harder [1].
