SHAFAQNA – Human being must take care about eating, making sure the food is Halal and clean and suitable for individual health. Eating too much and waste must be avoided because the basis of healthiness is the observance of eating the right portion and avoidance of eating too much. Following a suitable diet and eating the right portion of food help to prevent many illnesses.
Observing moderation in eating is the tradition of Divine Apostles. It is narrated from the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) who said: We (Ahlul Bait (AS)) are a group who do not eat until we are hungry and when we eat, we eat just enough (we do not eat too much) .
