What is the effect of avoiding overeating?

SHAFAQNA – It is narrated from the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) who said: My brother Isa/Jesus (AS) was travelling through a town and saw a man and woman shouting at each other. He asked them: Why are you shouting? That man replied: O’ the Prophet of God, this is my wife, and has no faults, she is a good woman, but I want to be separated from her. Jesus (AS) asked: What is her fault, why do you want to be separated from her? That man replied: She is not old, but her face is broken and old. Jesus (AS) told that woman: Do you like the freshness come back to your face? That woman replied: Yes. Jesus (AS) said: Whenever you eat, before you get full, stop eating, because when there is a lot of food in the stomach, freshness of the face is destroyed. That woman followed the instruction and freshness came back to her face [1].
