What was the immediate reaction of Imam Hussain (AS) when he was summoned by the ruler of Medina to swear allegiance to Yazid?

SHAFAQNA – After Moawiyeh died and Yazid succeeded him, the ruler of Medina summoned Imam Hussain (AS) to swear allegiance to Yazid. Imam Hussain (AS) became extremely angry at the suggestion and rejected it outright, and at night time went to visit the grave of the prophet of Islam (PBUH). Standing near the grave of his grandfather, the Prophet of Islam (PBUH), Imam Hussain (AS) said to God: “O’ Allah (SWT), this is the grave of the Prophet of God (PBUH), and I am the child of his daughter. You are aware of what has happened to me. O’ Allah (SWT), You are aware that I love the good (whatever comes from God), and detest the bad (whatever is against God) [1].”
