SHAFAQNA – Imam Sadeq (AS) said: Whenever people paid Zakat of their wealth, no poor Muslim could be found in Islamic society and due to the rights, God placed on their behalf in rich peoples wealth, they would be independent. If there are poor, needy, and hungry is because the rich do not pay their financial duties [1].
