SHAFAQNA – The Prophet of Islam (PBUH) saw some children and said: Woe to the children of the end of the world (apocalypse) from their parents. The Prophet (PBUH) was asked: O’ the prophet of Allah (SWT), do you mean their disbelieving fathers? The Prophet of Islam (PBUH) replied: “No, from their believing fathers who do not teach them any of the Wajib religious duties, and when their children want to learn, they stop them, and are satisfied with small benefits of the world. I am stranger with these fathers and they are with me [1]”. In his will to his son Imam Hussain (AS), Imam Ali (AS) said: The heart of the young person is like uncultivated land, whatever is spread in it, will be accepted. That is why, before your heart is hardened, and your mind gets busy, I made the effort to educate you [2]. In another narration, Imam Ali (AS) said: The right of the child on the father is to choose a good name for the child, educate the child well, and teach the Quran to the child [3].
