Italy police find stolen artworks

Shafaqna English–  Italian law enforcement authorities announced that they had successfully located and retrieved a collection of valuable artworks by renowned French painters Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Paul Cézanne, and Henri Matisse. The paintings, which carry an estimated combined value exceeding €9 million, had been stolen from an Italian museum during a heist that took place back in March.

The burglary occurred at the villa housing the Magnani Rocca Foundation, located in the countryside near the northern Italian city of Parma. The thieves, who had concealed their identities with masks, carried out the operation in less than three minutes, making off with the paintings in a remarkably swift and coordinated raid.
