Shafaqna English- Israeli settlers have surrounded three Palestinian families in their homes in the occupied West Bank, cutting off their water and electricity.
Security camera footage from the village of Qusra, located south of Nablus, shows Israeli settlers encircling one of the houses on Wednesday. The trapped residents reported that despite earlier interventions, Israeli soldiers did not succeed in dispersing the settlers.
