Consequently, disaster management agencies raised the alarm over imminent flooding and soil slippage across vulnerable regions.
Prior to hitting China, Typhoon Dolphin had already traversed Japan’s southern Okinawa prefecture, where it left a trail of destruction. The tempest injured six residents and disrupted electrical services for over fifty thousand households and commercial buildings, underscoring its immense force.
