Shafaqna English– The Korea Football Association announced on Tuesday that it has designated Robert Moreno, who previously managed the Spanish national team, as the interim head coach for South Korea’s senior men’s team. His temporary appointment will extend until the end of November, during which he will guide the squad through a series of upcoming fixtures.
Over the course of the next six matches, the 48-year-old will be responsible for managing the Korean squad. This interim arrangement is designed to give the KFA additional time to conduct a thorough search for a full-time manager, following Hong Myung-bo’s departure in June after the team failed to advance past the World Cup group stage.
