Shafaqna English- A Religious Author stated that everyone can benefit from the lives of the Ahlul-Bayt (AS) to the extent of their knowledge and understanding. He said: It is necessary for the girls of society to study the life of Lady Fatimah Ma’sumah (SA) more deeply and become familiar with Hadiths narrated by her, so that they can have an exemplary role model of this lady of Islam.
Seyyed Mohammad Mousavian, in an interview with Shafaqna, said: From the Hadiths and narrations, it is evident that Lady Ma’sumah (SA) was very “kind,” and this “kindness” can serve as a role model for today’s girls in society.
He added: It is narrated that Lady Ma’sumah (SA) was so deeply devoted to Lady Fatimah Zahra (SA) and Amir Al-Mu’minin (AS) that she became one of the narrators of the Hadith of Ghadir. Her love and affection for the Ahlul-Bayt (AS) was so profound that we hear the Hadith of the birth of Imam Hussain (AS) from her. In this Hadith, it is mentioned that the Prophet (PBUH) says: “Let my Hussain come.” Safiyyah says: “Allow us to wash him.” The Prophet (PBUH) says: “God has already washed him.”
He, who is currently writing the book A Journey into the Life of Lady Ma’sumah (SA), emphasized the importance of studying the Hadiths and the way of life of the Ahlul-Bayt (AS), saying: One of the ways to take a role model from individuals, especially Lady Ma’sumah (SA), is to become familiar with and learn about them.
If we distance ourselves from the Hadiths of the Ahlul-Bayt (AS), we will not develop knowledge of them, and as a result, we will not be able to be “influential.” Therefore, it is necessary for the girls of society to study the life of Lady Ma’sumah (SA) more thoroughly and to know the hadiths that have been narrated by her so they can have a proper role model of this lady of Islam.
He also mentioned that during the time of the Imams (AS), women and girls did not have a prominent physical presence in society. He explained that although women and girls spent most of their time at home, they were still the best role models for humanity. Their behavior, speech, hijab, and chastity serve as the best example for women in today’s society.
He emphasized: There is a narration where a group of people from Khorasan came to meet Imam Musa Kadhim (AS). Imam (AS) was not at home. Lady Ma’sumah (SA) asked them what their purpose was. They said they had some questions. She said: “Give me your questions, and I will answer them.” She answered their questions, and when Imam Musa Kadhim (AS) returned, he met them on the way. They told him what had happened. Imam (AS) looked at the questions and then repeated several times: “May her father be sacrificed for her.”
