Shafaqna English- The Financial Times reported on Sunday(5 Jul 2026) that Uber has halted the bulk of its planned food-delivery rollout across Europe, shortly after making the announcement, given that the mobility company is still actively seeking to take over Delivery Hero.
The report indicated that Uber will no longer roll out its food-delivery service in five of the seven countries it had identified for expansion in 2025, which include Austria, Norway, and Greece, while the identities of the other two nations were not disclosed.
