Shafaqna English- Beijing’s efforts to engage with Indonesia’s Muslim communities reached a significant milestone this month when the Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI), the country’s leading body of Islamic scholars, visited China.
The five-day “Digital Silk Road” program took MUI council members to Guangzhou and Shenzhen. The focus of the visit was on technology, halal industries, education, and cultural exchange.
