However, much to their disappointment, they discovered that temperatures at the shoreline were even more intense than those they had left behind in their own cities, as a severe heatwave continued to blanket the entire area with scorching conditions.
Dalian, a city renowned for its fresh marine produce and stunning coastal scenery overlooking the Yellow Sea, saw its Fujiazhuang Park beach bustling with activity on Friday. The pebbly shore was crowded with beach enthusiasts spanning all age groups, who took to the sea wearing an array of vivid inflatable floats, creating a colorful patchwork of hues across the water as they sought relief from the unrelenting heat.
