Shafaqna English- Iraq and Iran signed an agreement and three memoranda of understanding on transportation and railway links.
The two countries agreed on international road freight transport and shipping, as well as memorandums of understanding to extend a railway connecting Kermanshah, Khosravi, and Khanqin.
