Shafaqna English– In a joint statement released on Saturday(15 Aug 2026), both Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona confirmed that the French champions had secured the services of Ferran Torres, the Spanish international forward who played a pivotal role in Spain’s World Cup final victory. The 26-year-old attacker has committed to a long-term deal with PSG that will keep him at the club through the summer of 2031.
While the two clubs opted not to reveal the specific financial terms of the agreement, widespread media speculation points to a transfer fee in the region of €50 million ($57.83 million) that PSG has shelled out to acquire the 26-year-old Spanish international from Barcelona.
