Shafaqna English- The International Organization for Migration (IOM) assisted 98 families affected by the earthquake in the Nurgal district of Kunar province to rebuild their homes.
The organization wrote on X on Thursday, August 27, that its teams, in cooperation with residents, are supporting the reconstruction of homes belonging to the affected families.
The IOM added that the assistance is being provided in phases and in line with the progress of the construction work.
The United Nations said the support aims to help families rebuild their homes and prepare for the coming winter cold.
